Jon Smith was finally diagnosed with AG in 2012 after more than a year and a half of reactions to beef and pork with no answers from doctors
Prior to AG Jon was an avid home chef, foodie, and prided himself on his BBQ, but specialized in everything from American regional cooking to international cuisine such as European, Asian, Mexican, and Central & South American.
Working within the confines of the AG allergy, Jon and his wife Astrid hope to inspire the AG community with new recipes and ideas.
